Greetings

1. How do you greet members of your family? (mother, father, older brother, younger brother, grandparents, etc.)

I just say "Ohayou" "Oyasumi."


2. How do you greet people that are important in society?

I bow and say "Ohayougozaimasu."


3. Do you greet people from the opposite sex in a different way?

No, maybe I do not care about he or she.


4. Do you hug anyone? If yes, who and when. If no, why not?

No, however, if someone tries to hug me, I do.

    Many people says that hugging is not Japanese culture, but I think a lot of Japanese do this.
    So hugging is almost Japanese culture, I think.

    I do not like hugging, but I know it is one of important communications for other people.
    I cannot refuse American people hugging me.
